For tow operators

The call that pays for the day.

Collision dispatches land with timestamp, scene location, equipment required, and a third-party certified consent artifact. You pay for the dispatch, not for whether you land the storage. The call comes on a first-available basis, not a volume commitment.

Pricing

Published, per dispatch, in dollars.

Dispatch rates reflect the equipment, the scene window, and whether consent is first-touch or already warmed. The shared rate is capped at three operators per dispatch and disclosed in the agreement. Membership carries a published discount on every dispatch: 10 percent at Core, 20 percent at Pro, 30 percent at Elite.

Credit standard

Published, and honored without argument.

Credits apply to your next invoice. The claim window is 2 business days with documented contact attempts attached.

We credit

  • Wrong vehicle location after a documented attempt
  • Vehicle already released or already moved
  • Outside your stated service area or geography
  • Equipment class different than the dispatch stated
  • Caller cancelled before the hook arrived

We do not credit

  • The owner changed destinations after you accepted
  • The hook took longer than expected
  • Storage was declined by the owner
  • The job turned out smaller than it looked on dispatch
  • The invoice bounced off the owner's insurer
Why towing is its own lane

Towing is the one lane we treat as urgent.

Response time, not case value, is the metric that matters here. The pricing above reflects that. The documentation and credit mechanics reflect that too.

  • The meter starts at the scene

From dispatch to hook to lot, the clock is physical. A dispatch delivered 90 seconds after the collision is worth more to you and to the person at the scene than the same dispatch delivered 15 minutes later. The price band tracks that curve.

  • The lot is not your problem to acquire

We do not charge for the storage, the release, the fee structure, or anything after the dispatch ends. The dispatch is the product. Whatever the lot earns is yours.

  • The consent is already clean

Every dispatch arrives with the certified consent artifact for the categories the person asked for. The owner has agreed to be contacted by a towing provider; your call is not cold.
