The network

Every participant, in the open.

Everyone routing requests through Collision Bureau is listed here, alphabetical within category and state. We do not rank, rate, or recommend, and placement cannot be bought. A listing means one thing: the published eligibility requirements were met, and they stay met.

Roster status

The roster is being seated.

Firms and providers appear here as they clear eligibility, in alphabetical order, never in a paid one. The same roster backs the consent language on every intake form, so what you see here is what a consumer agrees to.

What a listing means

Listed is not ranked.

A directory entry says the participant met objective minimums: licensing for the category, insurance on file, a stated service area, and a measured response standard. It is not a rating, an endorsement, or a recommendation, and nothing about order or appearance is for sale.

  • Verified at entry

Licensing, insurance, and service area are checked before a listing exists.

  • Re-verified on schedule

A listing that stops meeting the requirements comes down.

  • Alphabetical, always

Within category and state. Membership tier never changes position here.
