For rental agencies

Keep the fleet moving while shops wait on parts.

Rental contract leads land with the policy's daily and total caps, the shop's repair window estimate, the vehicle class the owner needs, and a third-party certified consent artifact. The owner knows the clock starts and ends with you.

Why rental is its own lane

The two caps already in the policy decide what the lead is worth.

A rental contract is a product with a floor and a ceiling, both already written in the owner's policy. The daily cap and the total cap shape the window you have. Leads above arrive with that math already attached.

  • Daily and total caps are on the lead

You see the policy's dollar-per-day limit and total-days cap before you accept, so you know whether the contract fits before the owner arrives.

  • The repair window travels with the lead

The shop's estimated repair window arrives attached to the contract. You know roughly how many days you are quoting against, which matters when the caps and the window interact.

  • Loss-of-use is a separate conversation

When the other driver is at fault, the owner may have a loss-of-use claim beyond the policy caps. That is a legal question we hand off; we do not price it or route it through this lane.
