Fill the bay. Keep the techs busy.
Collision estimates land with vehicle year and make, drivable status, severity flag, insurance information when it has been shared, and a third-party certified consent artifact. The person has already asked for a shop. The question is which one gets the vehicle before the insurer sends it somewhere captive.
What the queue looks like.
Published, per estimate, in dollars.
Estimate rates reflect severity, drivable status, and whether the vehicle requires OEM certification or EV handling. Shared estimates are capped at three shops per lead and disclosed. Membership carries a published discount: 10 percent at Core, 20 percent at Pro, 30 percent at Elite.

Credits apply to your next invoice. The claim window is 3 business days with documented contact attempts attached.
We credit
- Wrong or disconnected number after a documented attempt
- Vehicle already placed with a captive shop before delivery
- Outside your stated service area or specialty
- Already settled before the first appointment
- Vehicle class different than the estimate stated
We do not credit
- The owner chose a different shop
- The estimate came in higher than the owner wanted
- The insurer pushed the owner to a captive
- The owner declined the supplement cycle
- The job was smaller than expected
The estimate is the moment the shop choice gets made.
In most states the choice of shop is the owner's. The estimate is where they decide, often under pressure from an insurer and often before they know they can push back. The leads above arrive before that pressure lands.
Before the insurer's preferred shop lands the car
The gap between the dispatch and the insurer's first call is often less than 24 hours. Leads inside that window are structurally different than leads after it. Price above reflects which side of the window a lead sits on.
OEM certification and EV capability are priced in
The pool of shops that can estimate OEM-certified work or EV repairs is narrower than the general repair pool. Rates for leads where that capability is required reflect the capacity constraint, not an arbitrary premium.
Supplement cycles are yours
We do not touch the supplement. The lead carries the first estimate; everything after it is between you, the owner, and the insurer. The documentation we provide is for the first appointment only.
