A full schedule beats a referral fee.
Clinical participation runs on flat monthly membership. No per-patient fees, no cuts of revenue, no bounties on visits. Referral fee statutes make per-patient pricing the wrong model for medical, and we do not use it. What you get for the membership is placement on the medical lane for the specialties and metros you cover.
What the queue looks like.
Flat membership. No per-patient economics.
Membership runs on a monthly flat fee by specialty and metro. The fee covers routing of medical requests to your practice when the person who was in the crash explicitly asks for medical care. Nothing we charge depends on whether the patient comes in, whether they return, what they are billed, or what you collect.

Honored without argument.
Membership runs month to month, cancellable any time with 15 days notice. Routing credits apply within the month.
We credit
- Specialty we routed does not match the request
- Metro assignment incorrect after documented attempt
- Membership activated but routing not started inside 10 days
- Published consent language failed to carry on a routed request
- Membership billed after cancellation notice
We do not credit
- The patient did not schedule
- The patient scheduled but did not show
- The patient came in but did not continue care
- The patient was referred elsewhere by your office
- The patient's insurer denied the claim
Per-patient economics are the problem, not the solution.
Federal and state referral-fee statutes make per-patient pricing the wrong model for a medical participation program. Flat membership keeps the arrangement clean, keeps your scheduling independent of our incentive, and keeps the patient relationship yours.
No per-patient fee, ever
What you pay us does not change if we route 2 patients to you or 20. Nothing in your membership moves with your billing, your collections, your encounters, or your recoveries.
The patient asks for medical, explicitly
The medical lane is the one lane we route only on explicit request. Injury on an intake form does not trigger routing. The person has to type the word medical into the form.
Specialty and geography are the only match keys
We do not rank clinics. We route by the specialty the patient asked for and the metro they are in. Participation means you meet published eligibility and the specialty-geography pair they asked for aligns with yours.
Start with one specialty and one metro.
Membership starts the first of the following month. Prorated activation available. 90-day trial membership available for new specialties.
