We do not rank, rate, recommend, or select providers in any category. The requirements below are objective minimums rather than an assessment of skill, and meeting them is the whole of what participation means.
What a firm has to clear.
Admission
Current bar admission in good standing in every state where you accept profiles, verified at onboarding and re-verified annually.
No open discipline
No open disciplinary action, and no history of suspension or disbarment in any jurisdiction.
Malpractice coverage
Current professional liability coverage with the certificate on file.
Practice capability
Demonstrated practice in the case types you purchase. A firm that does not try these cases does not buy them here.
Intake capacity
The ability to contact delivered inventory within one business hour. This is a requirement, not a recommendation, because the person on the other end is waiting.
Signed participation agreement
Warranting compliance with the rules governing your own profession and state, including the advertising and solicitation rules in every jurisdiction you accept from.
Towing, repair, rental, medical, replacement.
Licensing for the category
Motor carrier authority for towing, state licensure for repair facilities where required, clinical licensure for medical providers, and dealer licensing for replacement.
Insurance
Current liability coverage appropriate to the category, certificate on file. Garage keepers coverage for anyone taking custody of a vehicle.
Service area on record
A stated service area we can route against, and the honesty to tell us when it changes.
Response time
Published and measured. In towing it is the entire product, so it is held to a stricter standard than anywhere else on this list.
Complaint history
No pattern of unresolved consumer complaints or regulatory action in the category.

This page is referenced from the consent language on every intake form, so it is treated as production infrastructure rather than marketing copy. A stale roster invalidates the third party naming in every consent collected while it was stale.
