For dealers and retailers

In-market buyers who already know what they lost.

Replacement inquiries land with the year, make, and model of the loss vehicle, the approximate settlement amount, the owner's expected purchase window, and a third-party certified consent artifact. The owner knows what they drove, what they need to replace it with, and roughly what they can spend. The inquiry arrives before they walk a lot.

Why replacement is its own lane

The buyer is the owner, not a shopper.

A replacement inquiry is different from a general dealer lead. The person is replacing a specific vehicle they lost, often inside a specific settlement window, often with a specific class and budget already set. The leads above reflect that specificity in the price.

  • The vehicle they lost is in the inquiry

Year, make, and model of the loss vehicle travels with the inquiry. You know what the buyer liked, what they are comparing against, and often what they want to upgrade to.

  • Settlement window is a real clock

Most replacement decisions happen inside the window between the total-loss settlement landing and the rental coverage running out. That window is often 2 to 4 weeks. The inquiry arrives inside it.

  • Settle the valuation first, then shop

Our consumer-facing lane page tells the owner, explicitly, to settle the valuation first and then shop. The buyer who arrives at you has often already done that work and knows their number. Pressure is the seller's tool, not yours.
